‘Guidelines of the Public Policy of Ukraine: From Citizens’ Resilience to a State of Gratitude’

“We must win. Each of us is capable of something. And so are our enemies. But we must win. That means doing more, being able to do more. And this is a task for each of us — to reflect on what we can do, and what we can do beyond what we think we can. My son’s example proved that there should be no limits and no red lines for us. These are only our own constraints.”

“The State of Gratitude is a nation of citizens where gratitude is cultivated. It is not only about honoring memory, but about a culture rooted in concrete financial commitments. After Ukraine’s victory, we must take responsibility for supporting the families of the fallen and caring for our veterans. This is a country to which Ukrainians who are now forced to live abroad will return. We do not draw lines of division, because we value every Ukrainian. Our goal is to build conditions where gratitude becomes the force that unites and strengthens us. It is gratitude to the dead, to the living, and to those yet to be born and live in our state.”

“Within our generation’s lifetime, we must accomplish two key missions for the Ukrainian people: to strengthen our identity and to restore the prestige of the Ukrainian language. And we began this effort specifically through a library of historical knowledge, because for Ukraine, history is not just history — it is the backbone of the nation.”
